Zensokutuning is a company born from the love of automobiles. The owners Joseph K. Milligan and Eddie C. Chan are long time friends from college, both having attended UC Davis as undergraduates. Where educational goals brought us together as friends, interest in the automotive industry strengthend our friendship into a business partnership.
